"I wear many hats and enjoy each one immensely. I feel so happy when I'm shooting, and taking everything in. I feed off of the people, connections, light, colors and everything that creates the story."
"When I'm leading one or a group of yogis I'm inspired by them as they cultivate mindfulness, contentment, and new discoveries physically and within. Together we make connections that transform ourselves and our world. I seek to inspire, align and uplift."

She says, "If I can make an impact on a single person by sharing my story, things that I've noticed, cried or laughed over, then it's my honor and privilege to keep sharing."
Following her breast cancer journey, she identified herself as a Hope Advocate. Now, following the 2016 election, she has shifted that label to Hope Activist. Energized by the state of and her love for the nation, she is now actively engaging in trying to create better conversations grounded in truth, love, and justice. "I must lift my voice. It is my obligation."
